New hesitation introduced...

Post by John »

Andy, picked up some new code yesterday (5/6 date on the new items). There now seems to be a slight hesitation in the rendering of the sub-menus. See http://westcgi.west.asu.edu/sai/indextest2.cfm and run the cursor back and forth across Staff/Tech/Edit. As you do so the subs slightly overlap and delay just a bit in rendering. I did not see this in the previous (b3?) version (i.e., it's not a 'clean' switch from one sub to another). XP/IE6.0.2800.

Could this be related to the new _menuOpenDelay that mimicks a Windows type menu?

This can be set to zero to make the menu appear without delay as in the old version.

Actually, with the 1.07.5 ( :!: ) it's no longer there.

Thanks.

Not at all. It was the .5 that did it... ;)
