hiding / showing

Please note that official support for this menu version has now ceased. There are still plenty of users, though, and the forum is still running. Some of our long-time users may be able to help you out.

hiding / showing

Post by andrea »

i've a little problem with the hiding function:

i've a vertical menu and an horizontal menu with the same
submenu, i need that in some pages it's visible the vertical one
and in others the horizzontal

in the first case i've used the:
0, // Always Visible - allows the menu item to be visible at all time (1=on/0=off)

how can i switch from visible to invisible for the others page?

i hope u've understand the matter

thanks for your help

For the old version of the menu we never really found a decisive way to do that easily. If you are using PHP or ASP, you should be able to dynamically determine which menu you want to show and render that. But to change the menu flags after the fact, no easy way (that we could find yet). BTW, check out the new version of the menu! v5!
