It seems the given url redirects to specific pages based on browser and screen resolution detection, and ie/800x600 is the only page that's available. Probably would have been better to point us to http://beta.simeicng.com/ie800600/index1.html. My problem is that I don't understand the question... what do you mean, "How do I make my menu static?" Keep it in one place on the page? Keep the contents the same? Open menus from static html links? Can you give a little more detail about your goal?
BTW: I notice you're using version 3 of the menu system. It might be better to continue this thread in the version 3 help forum, to avoid confusion for other readers. Or, if you're just starting out, you might consider upgrading to version 5.
Cheers,
Kevin

k... i got it to work... for a preview of what is a static menu... go to:
http://www.simeicng.com/ie800600/index.html
just scroll down the page...
the thing though, is that i can't get rid of the tiny pixel above the menu, that appears, once the page has been scrolled...
cheers

Ditto, upgrade to version 5. I can almost guarantee all of your problems will be solved, and if not, we can help you here.
Explain what you mean by 'static'. Like you dont want it to use the javascript files for rendering? Not possible...it needs to pull from that file everytime.
And the new v5 menu supports setting exactly where you want the menu to scroll to on the page, so you won't get that little line above the menu.
