Milonic JavaScript Menu

I have solved the problem but only by making the sidebar appear at the right side instead of the left (ie so positions inside frame containing menus are not affected...)

I have created a site with a retractable sidebar panel. Unfortunately, when this sidebar is moved the menus go with it! Is it possible to redraw the menus in the correct place after the sidebar has been moved?
