That's good news about ZA Standard, as that's what most people will have. ZA Pro is obviously more aggressive.

I have a friend who has tested my site with Zone Alarm both on and off. Yes, ZA causes problems with the menu. I doubt that anything can be done to prevent the problems because ZA actually rips out chuncks of JavaScript that it finds ?"questionable"?. I hear that WebWasher might also do the same ...

This is not a good test because I don't have XP or IE6.0, but here's what I do have:

ME IE5.5
No navigation problems.
Looks like you have some pointer offset due to the drop-shadow effect. Easier to see than to explain. Set your drop-shadow strength to 30 and try to navigate. :D

I would like to thank everyone who has responded so far. It looks like the disappearing menu is by far the most consistant problem on the site. I have reported that problem to Andy.
