Thanks. I have now decided to go with all-vertical menus.
These not only fit better on the screen, but also they work
properly with a wider variety of browsers and platforms,
apparently. I now have it in place at

horizontal submenu in two rows?

I would like to design a menu with the following properties;
I wonder if there is some easy way to do it:

(1) The main menu is a vertical menu along the left side
of the screen, just like (for instance)

"Menu Items as Headers"

table menu fails in Netscape 4.x under Unix, Linux? (2)

Actually, I see the same problem on the sample page.
The sample menu at

http://www.milonic.co.uk/menu/menusampl ... ampleid=21

fails under Netscape 4.7x on Unix or Linux. I hope someone
can figure out how to fix that.

table menu fails in Netscape 4.x under Unix, Linux?

I have installed a Milonic Menu at

http://www.math.vanderbilt.edu/mainmenu.html

It seems to work properly on most browsers and most computers.
But it does not seem to work properly on Netscape 4.7x when
that is running on some Linux or Unix systems.

Is that easy to remedy?
