Menu item - highlight stays on menu item HELP

Hopefully someone can help me out. The menu works fine only one problem (Frames Based Menu - Vertical):

When I do a mouseover a parent menu item (an item on the menu that does not have a submenu) it stays highlighted until I move the mouse over an item containing a submenu. Here is my code for the ...

Open a new window with the URL

I am using the Frame Based Window menu and it works perfect only question is how can I get a url to open a new window rather than in the same window. Each time the user will have to click on the Next button to go back to the mani page...

FRAMES BASED MENU

I am using the Frames Based Menu from the following url:

Try my url: http://www.refereeottawa.ca and then click on Associations\Provincial... tell me if the width of the menu item is fine can you read the item... like I said in IE6 it works fine but with IE5 the submenu is not wide enough...

Submenu (Opening Windows and Frames)

I am using IE6 and everything works fine. When I use IE5, the submenu are not wide enough so you see only half the actual menu item.... Can anyone tell me how to fix this and tell me why it works fine ie6 and not in ie5? What about Netscape will this work?

Besides that this a great menu!

Status Bar - Change the text appearing

Everytime I pass the mouse over the menu items, javacsript:openIFrame("tempiframe","Page1.asp") is displayed in the status bar... is there a way to change this to something else?
