i'm abit confused by the "always available" sample. so it gives u a form to change the menu on the page. v gd. but if i want my menu to "remain in exactly the same position regardless of page scroll position" (as the page says), how do i change my script for this effect? surely i dun put the form on ...

i have this link on my site that goes <a href="#" onClick="window.external.AddFavorite(window.location,document.title)">Bookmark Page</a>

so now i wanna put this in the menu. how?
