License and Removal of Milonic in Nav Bar

I licensed my Milonic Nav Bar but when I login it gives me a bunch of choices for pre-made Nav Bars....which is cool but I already have my own code I want to use. Should i just download any Nav Bar code and then just cut and paste my code in to remove the Milonic on the demo Nav Bar?

Thanks a bunch this is exactly what I wanted. This forum rocks big time. The older 3.0 menu was easier for me..... this one has so many options it will take a little more time for me to grasp it fully. Thanks for taking the time to tweak it for me....
