it's v3 something on the menu, so you'll just tell me it's not supported anymore. But to answer your question, IE 5.5 and 6 and Windows 2000 and XP pro.

half of separator barline won't render

I am having a sudden problem I haven't had before. The left half of every drop down menu is missing its separator bar line. I can't figure out what could be making this happen. Has anyone ever experienced this.

Thank you Ruth. I am a government employee and the menu is on an old intranet that I decided to rework to be more cross browser compliant. The powers that be won't pay for the upgrade.

But I think the problem must be in here:

What is the "newest" doctype that these menus will run on? It works with no doctype, but will not work with XHTML transitional or strict.

invalid argument

I am experiencing an Invalid Argument error message in IE6 and my menus won't render. The script debugger says that the function spos() is the offender. Any suggestions?

space between two rows of horizontal menus

I created a row of image buttons horizontally at the top of my page. Then I set another row directly under it with another set of image buttons. So I have two rows of image buttons sitting almost on top of each other. There is 1 pixel between the rows. I'm wondering if there is a way that I can make ...

Hello Kevin,

I updated to the latest version (?? It says version 3.X in the copyright).

I am able to change the width of the separator bar, but the color is coming from attribute #5 - the Menu Border Color, not attribute # 20 - the Menu Item Separator Color.

Why is that? What if I want a ...

Thank you! Wow, things must develop quickly with the script. I believe I first downloaded it about 6 months ago. Could have been a little longer than that I guess, but not much.

PS - I see you are from ASU West. I graduated from the graduate program in technology out at ASU East in 2001.

is there an attribute for a colored separator bar?

I don't see any attribute that will allow me to specify a color for the seperator bar. Is there one? I'm using images for my buttons and would like the color of the bar to go with the color of my buttons instead of white which is my page color. I'm in version 3.3.11 by the way.

Thank you!

Is there a way to center the menu instead of using XY positioning (Menu Top and Menu Left)?

I like to set my top banner and the menu under neath to a center position.

I'm so blind! I just realized that the sample image I was experimenting with is the same color as the background (I had just grabbed my little arrow to play with) and so it just wasn't showing!

Sorry!

,"Analysis & Informationshow-menu=analysis",,"",1
,"Quality Assurance","show-menu=quality",,"",1
,"ITEIP","show-menu=iteip",,"",1

can I use images in v3.3.11

I've used v3.3.11 a few times and am comfortable with editing it to change the "look and feel" of menus. But now I want to try to make my highest level menu item an image. Is there a way to edit the code to make the menu item an image instead of text?

Thank you!
