Milonic JavaScript Menu

Iframes may be your only option. The menu works fine overlapping them and you can load your links into them as if they were regular frames. Sorry it doesn't support frames at the current time...it may never. But if enough need for frames is found to exist, then maybe. But I doubt it.

I have the same problem and skipping the frames is not an option.
