Andy,

We are running MS XP Pro (V5.1.2600) with Zone Alarm Security Suite (V6.0667.000)

For the first time today I have been able to run the menu system without getting the messages regarding the Virus, I am not sure what has caused this except we also use w3Compiler software to condense the web ...

I too am having this problem and tried the "closeonclick" property in the menu items but must admit that I still don't get the menu to close after clicking the sub menu item?

I guess I am either putting the property in the wrong place or not setting it correctly!

Anybody know how this should be ...

Moving data between pages

Hi,

I am using the v5 menu system and I want to pass a description from a product page to a quote page so the user does not have to retype the product description. I have looked at options using "cgi" and "asp" but I have seen an example using "js" with "var=url" in the first page setting the ...

Yes, I was worried that this would be the answer, I am currently using MSIE5, I have been attempting to upgrade to either 5.5 or even 6 for the last few weeks but without success as the install keeps falling over. I am afraid it is looking like a full re-install of windows, ah well I need to upgrade ...

If you look at sample 11 "Opening Windows and Frames" this shows the problem perfectly?

I have tried putting the "hidediv" in to the menu but as you thought this has no effect.

If you want to look at my site "www.im-press.co.uk" try the product catalogue sub menu, this shows the problem perfectly ...

IFRAMES & New Window

I am now up and running using v5 as I have just spent 3 days moving my site from running with frames to using an IFRAME (http://www.im-press.co.uk).
1 question though does anybody know if you can open a "_new" window and force it to use the full screen?

I think you will find that cat is using IFRAMES as I too have the problem that the sub menu's drop down behind any IFRAME already on display.

If anyone can come up with a solution I'm listening.

Andy, just to let you know I have now completed the move from frames to IFRAMES and apart from the ...
