Your discentral.com link was confusing. Going there found a site with no menus, so I'll just assume you're talking about the Corvette site.
Under OS X/IE5.2.3 (the last version of that piece of junk), the menu actually works fine. It needs a little fine tuning - some of the 2 word main menu items ...
