making items fit within main menu table cell

Hello,

I am developing a new site at:
http://www.kxoj.com/2008/pages/studio/index.shtml

I need the menu items to show up "XX" pixels below the main menu, which is made up of images. I have accomplished this by setting padding=10

However, the horizontal menu items extend on some beyond the width ...

Actually that example has an image associated with every menu option, not the entire category, like tulsa.tv has.

Any other ideas?

Wanted: menu associated with each drop down category

I'd like to do what can be found at this site: http://www.tulsa.tv

When each heading drops down, a static image appears next to all of the options listed. The best way is to look at the url above.

Can this program do this? If so can I see an example?

Well I tried that and the menus showed up right but the headings of those menus "the actual words" showed up horizontally aligned at the top.

I will keep trying.

I have not found this covered so I thought I sould post a new topic. I know how to do what I am proposing using SEVERAL distinct menus, but to save on editing I wanted to know if it could be done with ONE menu:

I cannot find an example of this, so perhaps someone can steer me.

I do not want to use a 3d border, so I set both hi and low colors to the same color.
