Hm. I see why Milonic is doing this.
What I'd like is this:

The (badly drawn) photo shows two computer screens. Each have a menu midway down, and each have a menu of the same size to display.
In the top left screen, the menu doesn't expand upwards to fill ...

Try this:
http://milonic.com/menusample.php?sampleid=10
Resize your browser window so that a few centimetres is below the menu.
Hover over "Menu samples", and the list scrolls (despite the space above the menu)

Horizontal menu bars - scroll bar problem
I have a horizontal menu with lots of menu items.
To make it easier for my readers, I'd like the menu bar to move upwards to fit all of the menu items on screen, rather than adding a scroll bar.
i.e. I would like the menu to adjust it's height to fit the available space within the browser window ...

Preventing scrolling
The vertical menu on this page:
http://www.west.asu.edu/sa/testsite/sl1.htm
will move up or down to resist scrolling.
i.e. it will show a scrollbar only when there is not enough room to display the full menu in the browser window.

Resisting the scroll bar! - how to supress the scroll bar
I have a working version 5 milonic menu. I also have a working DJtextmenu, which runs as a java applet.
If I have a long menu, long enough to fit on the screen without scrolling, DJtextmenu will move the top of the menu upward. i.e. I don't need to scroll with DJtextmenu.
Can I Milonic menu do this?
