Milonic JavaScript Menu

I looked at your link but this seems to show me that I need to use the target _new or_blank which do not work consistantly and this is my problem. Any other solutions?

I have just created a menu that includes links to other sites which I wanted to open in a new window. Unfortunately the use of _blank or_new does not work all the time. Sometimes it does open the link in a new window and sometimes it appears in the frame. Could I use javascript to ensure that my ...
