Can you do a dropdown menu where the major categories are bold and will turn underline on rollover?

onbgcolor resizable?
I was hoping someone could tell me how to allow an onbgcolor to take up only part of the cell. In other words, right now if I set onbgcolor to "white". The cell that says "home" is completely white. I only need part of it. Looks feasible but can't figure it out...
