thank you very much for your useful hints. We don't care, whether our pages are working with NS4 or not - so I'm happy.

Implementing the Version 5

Since 2003 I'm a very happy Milonic script user (for http://www.genobuy.de). It's a pleasure to work with this script.

Unfortunately in Firefox the script isn't working anymore - so I got the new Version 5 that is even more easy to use.

The question I have: All 450 Files using the old menu script ...

you were right - with v5 the window flies and the menu works.
And you're right - this is the best DHTML-menu I ever came across.

I want to have Milonic's Menu on a page AND a flying window (JavaScript moving a layer around on the page). But in Internet Explorer the flying window doesn't fly as soon the menu got integrated to the site. With Netscape the layer flies like hell - why not IE. (Isn't it usually ...
