I am still not sure whether any of you gave the right answer... the security certificate is obviously issued for the domain name but the name has not yet been pointed to this site because of this issue.

Hmmm... well, it's a 'permission denied' problem which then could mean it isn't running on my machine for some reason... thanks for trying...

the blank.html file is in place and does its work... but on my machine the menu keeps disappearing... I will try it on a different machine...
