Milonic JavaScript Menu

I just restarted with the same problem and then I went ahead and re-installed Netscape Navigator 7.1 and it's still happening. What's happening exactly, is when I place the mouse over the menu, it will change color to denote that I am on that menu, and the submenu will show up. A split second later ...

I've recently upgraded to the latest ver. 5.3 and now my menu disappears a split second after mouseover when surfing with Netscape 7.1. My url is http://www.sfts.edu/home.cfm. If you move fast enough, you can still get the link to work, but that's not cool.

Any help on what I could change to fix ...
