I cleaned my cache, exited the browser, uploaded, the new file you suggested. Restarted my browser, when I mouseover the first tab the menu drops, but any other tab I get a javascript error:

It always pops the first ...

Windows IE 6.0 or Firefox either. I just tested for you. Unfortunately, I don't know the fix.
