Nevermind - I just added 2 little options:

openstyle="up";

and

followscroll=1;

I'm not sure which one fixed it but I'm happy now! :D

I've tried this, but without any luck. The problem still persists. Any other ideas what might be causing this? The problem doesn't happen in firefox. Another wierd bug: if I roll over to a submenu, the scrollbar dissapears and doesn't come back until another page loads. What could be the cause for ...

Menu adding whitespace to my page in IE 6.0

Hello, I have a page that is designed as follows:

The problem is that the menu adds a large amount of whitespace to the document at the bottom, so ...

Well, I want to have a blank separation between the items. If I set a color its always the color. If I set it to transparent I have no separation. I want to have spaces between the items that allow you to see the content of the page underneath. Is this possible?
