Milonic JavaScript Menu

I was working from a download of 5.691.

I just downloaded the file from the hyperlink named "Horizontal Navigational Menu in .zip format" version of 5.691 again to be sure. Here's what I find in menu.htm:

When I try to validate the HTML on my page using the W3C HTML validator at http://validator.w3.org/, I get two failures with the following results:

That did the trick

Found the problem:

Another javascript on the same page was apparently using a common variable name. Renamed the variables in the second javascript and the problem was solved.

Very strange - menu displays on one page, doesn't display on another page.

On http://www.uuss.org/index.html the menu displays even though there's a problem with colors.

On http://www.uuss.org/internflyer.html the menu doesn't display at all.

I get a script error: Error: '_dL.length' is null or ...

Newbie - just starting out with Milonic DHTML Menus.

Using license for non-profit with Milonic text link on page.

The "home page" link on this page is displaying in blue. All other links are fine. Link works properly.
