a have a problem with a the source code

i want to open the index.php file in a new browser window

i tried target="_blank" after the link but it doesn`t work ...

which settings do i have to change, to pull up the menu instead of pull down??????

does anybody know, how to disable the internet explorer sp2's active x-blocker (like the milonic index-site http://www.milonic.com)? 'cause menue gets loaded there without any troubles!

And i have another problem:
how to remove the milonic-button in the menue :?:
