Andy,
So just to be sure - Its the same product and the same company, just one address is exposed to the web, one address is exposed to the intranet. Am I right that we just need 1 Pro license?
Thanks
Mike

Licensing Question
Hi,
After getting our menu to work just as we want it :D , we now want to purchase a license. Our application is both and intranet and internet based and hence the question, if its essentially the same source and website, do we need 2 license for the intranet and internet domains?
Thanks in ...

Ruth,
Looks like these are exactly what I'm looking for :D In fact the 2nd sample at http://support.milonic.com/demos/change_item_property/disable_item.htm is exactly what I need. Just one thing, the download link at the bottom of the page to demo.zip is broken. Any chance you can point me in the ...

One more question
Kevin,
One more question - Can you just give me a rough idea how to deal with making some menu items dissapear and greying out conditionally? I cannot seem to find a menu item property for visibility (or I'm just missing it). Also, how can I can make my header in the submenu non-clickable? If you ...

Smoking my cigar
Kevin,
I sit here smoking my fat, imaginary cigar, admiring the now speedy menus in my giant order page. May you live long and have many sub-menus.
Huge thanks for all your efforts (and to Ruth) - Time to break open the wallet.
Cheers
Mike

Thanks - will try this tomorrow
Kevin,
Thanks so much for the prompt reply - I will try this out tomorrow. i noticed that you did not define any images for the sub-menu? Did we decide that this was part of the problem or can I use something Ruth mentioned about pre-loading the images (on the previous post that was removed ...

Sounds like a plan
Kevin,
Thanks for the reply. Yep, this all makes sense to me and sound like a plan! It will have to wait till tomorrow to test the theory and I'll wait to grab the code that you post. I had a horrible suspicion I was drawing the menu too many times (i could see by what IE was continually doing ...

Answers to questions
Kevin,
I'll forgive you for removing Ruth's post (as long as she does!) :)
In answer to your questions:
1) Yes, you are right..the submenu items are exactly the same with different paramters. The only one difference is based on some logic in the ASP which determines that some menu items are not ...

Each table row has a different menu
Ruth,
I can certainly try and use the the preloadmenuimages module which will lessen the load time!
Each submenu in each cell has to be different because each rows operations (essentially the URL's in the submenus) is unique to each row - Each row is an order e.g.
[Row 1 of table cell] Order 1 ...

Source Code + Page Test
Kevin/Ruth,
OK, I have created a brand new page which creates a table with 400 rows and adds the menu to each row. I am just using default values for my function that builds the menu but I am still experiencing the same issues. Unfortunately, our dev kit is a virtual server and the performance is ...

I'll test it tomorrow
Ruth,
I will try and test tomorrow using the same amount of rows but without the rest of the page in case it is somethhing in the page that is causing the problem.
Where should I send the view source too? - Its pretty big.
Thanks
Mike

Performance is more of an Issue
Ruth,
Thanks for taking the time to reply. The menu not closing is perhaps the least of the problems and the performance is more problematic. I have removed all of the sub menu code leaving only the Main Menu as a small icon however, even to display this, is taking a very long time. I have to admit ...
