Does this help explain?

Dumb Frames Question
I love your navigation, but I've hit a stumbling block. I am using Version 5 with frames. I have it working perfect except for one page. The body of the frame is another frame set. Is there a way to have the body navigation go 'over' another frameset?

Shift text to right when using bgimage on submenu
I see in the Milonic Menu example that you use backoff_green.gif as the bgimage. What property moves the text a few spaces over to appear to the right of the green bar? I know this should be simple but I can't seem to figure it out.

Frames Using Version 5
Is there anyway I can use frames with Version 5. We are not allowed to use iframes and our site is already developed using frames. Our current navigation uses a JavaApplet which we can't use anymore.
