At http://www.milonic.com/global_properties you have listed a set of available properties that can affect the menus globally.
In your examples you have some other properties that you set at
the top of the menu_data.js file. For example,
fixMozillaZIndex,_menuOpenDelay,_menuCloseDelay ... etc ...
