No I didn't, it worked just by adjusting the cell height.

It happens whenever the page is reloaded. We have a drop down selection thing on the page and when ever they choose an item the page reloads and that causes the bouncing effect.

I thought I would quickly answer a couple of your questions. It looks like the content is moving down for the menu to load. I just tested it using Netscape and it doesn't bounce, but the menu doesn't react or look the same in Netscape. In netscape there is no drop shadow and the menu just pops in ...

Menu bouncing

Whenever an item is selected in the menu it causes the content below the menu to bounce. It looks like the menu loading causes this. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? It is on our intranet so I can't provide a link.

That depends on why it is aligning to the center. Do you have it coded to align="center";? Do you have a style sheet with that coding in it, do you have it in a table with the table with coding for align="center";

We need to see the page with the menu on it to see what's going on.
