Odd Firefox Color Issue

Why does this page have the "HOME" option of the menu in a different color.

Here is the same exact page called by the direct page name

Notice how the "HOME" option is the correct color. What would cause this?

Firefox Compatibility Issues

I am having several firefox compatibility issues.

How can I create a blank cell in my menu (horizontal layout) to span the rest of the screen.
