how to add more padding to right and left of menu item?

Hi
I have a lot of menu items with a lot of text. They look run together.

I need to add more padding to right and left of each menu item, but not to top and bottom.

Let's say I need 8px to right and left, and 2px to top and bottom.

the style padding seems to only accept one number, e.g. padding=3 ...

Well, I cleaned up the extraneous script references (I already tried out Dreamweaver and Brainjar menun javascript, so those script links were left over).

Hi,

EDITED: I added the code as recommended in another post : buildAfterLoad=true

and submenus now are positioned correctly.

I'm trying out the menus for the first time.

Of course I'm having an offset problem with IE.

The submenu is offset to the right when it is placed in a centered div. This ...
