Any menus, on our sites or other sites, that use ActiveX fade-ins and fade-outs, are not appearing.
The URL above says it's probably a corruption in the browser's ActiveX support, so we'll get ...

Menu not displaying, instead just blank space with scrollbar
I have created a menu using v5.0 and it's been working fine for ages for 1000s of users on IE and Firefox.
Now just *one* user is having problems with the menu. She's using IE6.0, and instead of the menu (a horizontal menu, with drop-down sub-options) all that is displayed is a blank white space ...
