OK, that wasn't so hard. As Ruth suggested, I started with everything in the same subfolder. Once that worked, I moved the web page calling the menus to my <root>/travels folder, changing the relative path to the milonic script files and the us_map.gif file.

I downloaded this sample and attempted to install it, but not getting very far. Seems there is something needed in addition to the normal 3 .js files and the data file. I have used the sample1 menus, so got those to work.
