Milonic JavaScript Menu

As I understand it, this should cause the menu to only open if it's hovered over for a second.

However, i have it popping up instantly.

Any thoughts as to what's causing this?

<more tables... more stuff...>


However, the menu is writing over ALL the tables... what I want the menu to do is FILL the table it's ...
