Milonic JavaScript Menu

Something happened with menu version 5.731 such that the Contextmenu no longer works with Netscape 7.2. So that this doesnt get buried, just wanted to post and ask if you have any suggestions about the sticky tooltip. I have a professional license for the problem site. http://www.gbgm-umc.org/wesley-va/ . Is there a special avenue to request assistance for a 'professional licensed' site?
