Milonic JavaScript Menu

Even after updating, I still can't figure if the milonic nav can even do the things I need.
I'm thinking maybe the breadcrumb bolt-on (http://support.milonic.com/demos/breadcrumb/index.htm), but I can't seem to get the syntax right.
Guidance please?

I just started using Milonic and I can't get it to do what I need.

When you click on say "Company" and then "Staff", I need both those links to now be highlighted on the ...
