Menu causes blank lines to be appended to the page buttom?

Hi everybody,

I found the Milonic menu pretty cool:) but a small limitation:(. When I put a relatively longer vertical menu on the page, I found the page also became longer, of course, than expected. That is, it appeared to be many blank lines after a bottom banner shown at the end of my page ...
