Milonic JavaScript Menu

While testing my site, I have noticed that my menus is behaving very strangely in a couple of older browsers. Below are the browsers and the effect:

Internet Explorer 5: Menu causes background flicker on the top of the page.

Mozilla 0.60 - 0.90: Various issues. Older versions, buttons on the menu ...

Latest version, tested and working

I've tried both of your recommendations, but I'm still getting the 1px spacing. I have also updated my menu to the latest release, to no avail
