Can´t anyone fix this prob?

I have a "listbox" under the menu.
The problem i that the listbox covers the submenu so I cant see them.
Is there any way to make the menu to stays on top of other items on my page.

is it possible to have a scrollbar in the "submenu"? I´m going to have about 600 links in a submenu and it would be nice to be able to scroll the list. Not a "microsoft windows style" scrollbar (the big grey ugly thing), but a goodlooking small coloradjustable scrollbar.
