the sub menu does not open when source code in frame is not completely loaded (e.g. big pictures)
But this is only a internet explorer specific problem. Sub menu appears although frame has not completely loaded in opera browser or others.
What's wrong?

Trying to create an online newspaper for our department which should be suitable for fast and slow (56k) connections.
Problem:
Seems that submenus don't open until HTML code fully loaded - no matter if using frames or not. Is this right?
Would PHP solve the problem? milonic.co.uk's ...
