Agreed! HTML is a bastard language, mainly because its just a markup language and developers have taught browsers to ignore things they dont understand so you could put almost anything in a page without blowing it up. But we are slowing moving in the right directions with XHTML standards and technol...

maybe something with the timing of the firing of the functions...why not try putting a bit of a space between the menus (you wouldnt be able to tell since the menu is the same color as the page) and maybe this will allow the off even to fire and complete for the one sub and then the on function to f...

I didnt see what you are referring to, in fact the menu didnt even render as I tried viewing it under IE6. You may be currently working on it though. Just a tip...and you may be doing this on purpose, but turn off 'directory listing' on your website. When you go to http://www.masterworknetworks.com/...

Tough to say, I took a look and didnt see anything wierd. What you may want to try is defining the last fiew menus that you are calling for under Oil Lamps...mainly the Desk Lamps and the Hanging Lamps. You call for these in the parent menu, but dont define them anywhere. As far as I know the menu s...

Since its been kind of a pain to get the frames into the new version, the site still maintains a frames version example but it is using the old menu code and is not supported. Take a look at http://www.milonic.com/menu/frames/ to see how it is done. Best of luck, and consider upgrading. Frames aren'...

True, because you purchased a pro license, you do not HAVE to link back to milonic. But its GREATLY appreciated if you put something somewhere on the site, giving credit. If you can't thats fine and you are not breaking any rules, but as you said, this is a great menu and the creators and the people...

Can I see a copy of the code you had before you abandoned your onclass and offclass? Because as you said, looking at your code now there is no sign of onclass and offclass. So you know, you should be setting classes by td.subMenuXX because that may not be the way the menu uses your classes. Just mak...

You probably want to download the source code again to make sure you get any updates to the URL he has as well in the source code. But as Kevin said, the most important is to have a link somewhere in the HTML code, thats what the search engines see. We need EVERYONE to take action here and get some ...

The comments in the javascript dont actually get read by the search engine...not only because they are comments, but because its a javascript file and I doubt theres really any useful indexing information to be gained from having search engines spidering source code. But I have not researched this, ...

do a search on the v3 forums for filters and alpha...you need to place an alpha filter on the menu to make it somewhat transparent. But be warned, it will only work on Internet Explroer 5.5+ since the effects are proprietary to MS. I would also recommend upgrading to the v5 Milonic DHTML Menu system...
