Is it possible to put comments on every line so that I can know what those feature dose..

Can you complete the headersamples page text info... I am looking at the javascript file and it dosen't have all the comments.. Here is all they have if someone could reply and let me know what certain things are I would be greatly appreciative.. Thanks... I am new to use the javascript.
