I have uncovered the potential cause of the error -- Im using Firefox and have an add-on called "User Agent Switcher" which allows me to view sites using different useragents. Hi Banning! I spent about 8 years in Redlands -- nice town.
Anyway, for that test page, I dont have any menus showing... just wanted to demonstrate that I get all those errors without even calling anything. So it seems something isnt right.

Upgrade to 5.791 causes massive errors in Firefox [Solved]
In Firefox 2.0.0.12, when I go to a test page on my site ( http://www.trialsmith.com/temp/caselaw/milonic.cfm ), each time I move my mouse I get a javascript error: "event is not defined". This error did not occur when we were on the old version 5.719.
