Milonic JavaScript Menu

PS. As a matter of fact I did modify mmenu.js adding document.domain="mydomain.com" to avoid cross-domain scripting security limitation (some of my pages are on different hosts). May be this could be added as an configurable parameter in future versions to save frustration for some people.

Is the fix in the mmenu.js or in the array files? In other words, to upgrade, can I just copy over the new mmenu.js from the site or should I get all them and go through the painful process of editing array files again?
