Re: I'm to stupid to use this Menu
Actually the menu is working. It's just dropping down behind the slide-in item. Since that's not Flash I'm not entirely sure at this point. I thought it might be a zindex problem, so I set up a test page at http://www.west.asu.edu/sa/testsite/index.php , but I haven't been able to pull it to the fro...

Re: CSS not working in FF or Opera
Interesting about the js files. I did not see anything about that when installing. I have used them for years and the new ones are different and better. I have been helping a friend with his site and his "licensed" menus and I told him he needed that file since it had his licensing inform...

Re: Using ASP Session Variables to Adjust Menu
The menu_data.js file can actually have any suffix - .cfm, .js, .php, .asp, etc. So, change yours to menu_data.asp and code whatever you need for the menu using .asp statements where necessary.

You're not set up properly for having the menu inside a table cell. Please see http://milonic.com/tablemenu.php for the correct procedure.

Is this basically what you're after? I'm not seeing anything extending to the right in IE7.

Hi, Going to take a crack at this for you, as Ruth does not have IE7. However, it might take a few days (hopefully you're not up against a tight deadline). Tomorrow is move-in day here for the newbies, and I got volunteered to help. Really hate it when the J.O.B. gets in the way of fun. Patience app...

Re: Menu doesn't work in Safari 2.0.4 and older
If I may, you shouldn't be wasting your time on IE/Mac. It is a dead, non-supported product (by M$). Milonic is no longer (I believe) supporting it, either. As such, we also cannot support it here in the forum.

Re: Background Image FF vs IE...
First you need to update your menu code. You're running v5.792, current (required for help here in the forum) is v5.800.
Let us know how that goes.

If I may, with v5.797 and above the fixMozillaZIndex item is now obsolete, and therefore no longer required in the code.

Re: Position Vertical menu
Ruth is working on this, and will continue helping you, but I note at least one problem. You are calling your images from the Milonic server (http://img.milonic.com/grey_13x13_tb.gif, etc.). This is not allowed. You must download the images you need to your server and call them from there.
Thanks.
Thanks.
