I've just been thinking for a bit. Isn't there a way to tell the menu where the root directory of the website is? Putting the full path to the image or to the hyperlinks in the menu_data.js file means that I'll always be working off the actual published website. When I'm updating the website on my c...

OK. I've got a working sample but I'm warning you, it's not pretty :>) I couldn't upload the css so it's quite unfinished, but the menu works. Go to http://www.sayatnova.com/home_05.htm You can see the menu works, all is OK. From the menu go to Pictures-->Social Events-->Alumni Reunion. Again, the m...

Menu losing track of hyperlinks and images. How to fix?
Hello all, Having a little problem: I have some .htm files that are buried in a cuuple of layer of directories. These files are not showing the sub-menu indicator image and they seem to be losing track of the hyperlink structure. My common sense tells me that the following setup should work, but for...

I was just going to post up a non-working example when I had a epiphany and answered my own question... ...I had td { vertical-align: top } in my css. That's why the arrow was always in the upper left corner. When I remove the td { style }, the arrow behaves normally. <SIGH>... However, I still can'...

Can I stop the menu from reading my CSS?
Hello all, One thing that I've noticed about the menu is that it picks up on CSS command very easily, especially those that are in the <body> styling. This happens not so much in IE, but in FF and Opera. I've noticed that the menu doesn't always appear the same in FF and IE. Once particular example ...

Can't get "subimageposition" to work.
Hello everyone, For some reason, I can't combine more than one variable in the subimageposition command. I have a menu floating right and I want the menu to be left oriented and vertically centered, but I can't get it to work. In the menu quick reference guide it says: "Values: top, left, right...

Right now the only way to fix it is to use the margins in other than the body to get the divs and such over 195px. Just an FYI. I changed the CSS from margin-left: 195px to padding-left: 195px It works great. No more menu position problems in Opera. Still though, I'd like to know when/if that margi...

Sorry, need to fix the second link. It has a period at the end that's screwing it up. http://www.sayatnova.com/milonic/home_mil_2.htm By the way, now that I read my post, I realize that it's not clear enough that this horizontal scroll bar happens *only* when I insert the Milonic menu. No menu...no ...

Bug? Floating DIV + Text-Align = Weird IE hor-scroll bar?
Hello all, I found some weird behavior in IE with floating elements and the text-align css command. First, the link where you can see this: http://www.sayatnova.com/milonic/home_mil.htm You can see my css at the bottom of this post. I have a Container DIV with two Divs inside it. I noticed that mere...

Thanks for the reply, Ruth. As for the stretch menu - I had a chance to upload it and you can see it here: http://www.sayatnova.com/stretch_menu.htm This is the exact same menu from the school website, cut and pasted into my other site. There's no other content. Just the <body> tag and the menu. I j...

Newbie to Milonic Menus - Three questions in one!
Hello all, I'm a relative newbie with the Milonic Menu. I've implemented the menu in a school website that I was working on and I liked it so much, I decided to use it in mine as well. When I use it in my own site, though, the menu and all the submenu's stretch the entire width of the page. Even if ...
