Milonic JavaScript Menu

I am using the menu system, but I don't want to put the code into every page. The logical thing seems to be to use two frames, one with the navbar in, the other with the rest of the site. But when I do, the drop down menus don't overlap the lower frame. What am I doing wrong? Is there any other way ...

I had similar problems, I found that I had to add  the text

& n b s p

(don't leave spaces between each letter) after your text. This puts in valuable spaces needed to pad out the width.
