Re: overLIB script ?????

Hi, As to the upgrade, since you have a professional license you are entitled to 1 year of upgrades free and 1 year of support free. After that, there is a reduced charge if you want to keep on upgrading or keep support from Milonic. To upgrade, you just go to the main site, login under the name you...

Re: overLIB script ?????

Hi, Well, I got it to work on my desktop, not sure about on your site. Not sure exactly what it is you want. Milonic has a module called 'tooltips' which can be used in a menu, or on an html object and that module is part of your downloaded menu package. Here is the example http://www.milonic.com/to...

Re: overLIB script ?????

Hi Doug, Can you please give me your test page? I am not a read and then I can do it person, I really need the stuff that I can be hands on. Also, I'm wondering what you are trying to do because I think you can do it, if I understand correctly, with Milonic which would save you a lot of work. There ...

Re: Love the new menu

I'm so glad. I so love this menu. It is so easy to use compared to most, and when you have time, like I do, to play around you find there are so many things you can do with it, especially with design. Glad you like it!

Re: Creating and installing new menus

Hi, Not a problem about off topic. It would work just like in the menu. So, <a href="http://www.screencast.com/users/thewolfe" target="_blank"> whatever goes here, text or image </a> But just a note: next menu question, we need to start a new topic. That's so anyone who is search...

Re: Creating and installing new menus

Hi, Well, I use new browser windows when I'm providing a link that goes to another site . If it's on my site, I just make sure that the menu is on all my pages and let it open in the same browser window. And, yes, target=_blank; is correct. You could also use target=_new; The distinction is that tar...

Re: Menu concatentation

Well, I would bet Andy will know what you are attempting and maybe yours is the only solution but he may have another, I don't really know. Usually Milonic responds pretty quickly. You could go to the main site: http://www.milonic.com/ and at the bottom there is a link for Tech Support. Note that yo...

Re: creating and installing new menus

Hi Doug, That's because the page for all of those underconstruction areas is the same: under_construction.htm. Since the page is the same the page highlighting will highlight every area that has that page. The only way to fix that is to actually turn off the pagebgcolor and pagecolor, or to set thos...

Re: Menu concatentation

Hi Victor, I'd be glad to help, but my knowledge of php is zilch. I can sort of figure out what you posted is saying, more or less [probably less] but that's about it. And, if you're going to add 'roles' I'd think you'd have to make that change anyway in your code or not, what do I know :? By my sta...

Re: Menu concatentation

Hi, I have posted this to Milonic as it is beyond what I know and you should get a response soon. I have also found a couple of posts that talk about sessions variables and using them for specific things which might give you some info. http://forum.milonic.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=9097&hilit...

Re: creating and installing new menus

Hi, Sorry this is going to be a pretty long explanation. You can do the size thing a couple of ways. I'll put them both here and you can play with them and decide what you want. 1. Make your main menu coding like this: with(milonic=new menuname("Main Menu")){ alwaysvisible=1; orientation=&...

Re: creating and installing new menus

Hi Doug, OK, you need to go back to the main site, log in under whatever the name you used when you bought the license, then download a new copy of the menu. Once you get it, unzip the files then open the milonic_src.js file or the mmenudom.js file and you should see this just below the info about c...
