Re: Sub-menus Partially display in IE9
Hi,
Is it possible for you to post the menu_data.js file here? I might be able to give some suggestions if I could see the data file and the styling etc. in the menu. I am also posting this to Milonic since they may have a suggestion even without the data file

Re: Menu not working correctly on Safari for iPad/iPhone
Hi, If you are saying that the Milonic main site menus work on your iphone/ipad, then that is version 5.920. Did you tell them in the support ticket that the site menus work but that when you use the menu in your app they do not work on the iphone/ipad? It seems to me that it must be something in th...

Re: Menu not working correctly on Safari for iPad/iPhone
Hi, I have posted this to Milonic and am waiting a response. You could also use the Support system at the main site. This would allow you to open a ticket, not only with the original issue, but with this question. Hmm, a little confusing as to using the old with your license ...but, when you purchas...

Re: jQuery conflict
Hi,
The previous person never gave us a url so we could test what was happening. Can you tell me what the problem was and your solution? It might help someone else. I would greatly appreciate it.

Re: bgimage not showing
Hi, I am not getting any images at all when I try to find them. According to your menu data file those images should be at this url, I think. http://php.sggroeninge.be/~sac.25AB-01/uitwisseling/Topmenu.jpg but there is no image there. Or they should be at the following url http://php.sggroeninge.be/...

Re: bgimage not showing
Hi, Can you give us a link to the page? I just copied your code, made a page, made a menu_data.js file and I am seeing made images and named them Topmenu.jpg etc. I opened the page and am seeing those bgimages. So in order to make any more test, I would have to actually go to your page and look at i...

Re: Setting the width of the pagebgimage
Hi, Yes, you can do that, but not through a 'menu' code. You need to use the menu property pageclass. The pageclass parameter is used to specify a classname for the Current Page Menu Item for CSS. This parameter can be either a style section or an item section menu code. You would set up a css class...

Re: Is there a search function connected w/ Milonic
Hi :) OK, I am putting what I've made up here for you to copy, but you should be aware that depending on the search term, if some other site has that term and ALSO includes your url someplace that site will also come up, I got two sites when I did the following search "bible" site: http://...

Re: How to open a folder and then open the text files inside
You can fix the directory stuff by renaming the files, using a short name that will show. I am so frustrated by the newer browsers, they all put that darned ... rather than showing the whole name. But, if you don't want to rename them, you need to get rid of the blank spaces, in that way IE will sho...

Re: Is there a search function connected w/ Milonic
Ah! OK, now if you are talking about people that are on your site and want to search for something, you could create a search item in your menu, not a search box, but an item that when they clicked it, would open Google in a new page. So, for example you have the last item as Search Doug's Stuff. Wh...

Re: How to open a folder and then open the text files inside
Hi Doug,
Can you give me the folder, i.e. the url to get to that folder so I can experiment? I'm sorry, I am really a 'hands on" figure it out person so I kind of just need the stuff and then I experiment.

I'm not sure. Just where are you putting that "garlic" site:www.dougsstuff.com when you are searching?

Re: Insert video into my webpage
If we didn't give things a try, we would be dull, boring, sticks in the mud! Besides, trying helps us to develop our soul, our spirit, to develop the self that we are, and over time and learning, become. So, I say "Have at it!"

Re: Insert video into my webpage
Hi, Well, I've tried inserting and using the code. I can get the iframe to load and then you see a bunch of links which are not visible at the site, i.e. 'view on swingreader, download swingreader and so on. While I see that I can also see the bottom 'loading' bar on IE8 that is inching about 1 mm e...

Re: Is there a search function connected w/ Milonic
Well, back to not getting a notification. Ah well.
I have no idea how it works. I would assume since it is set to search your site, you could search for words. That would seem to me the logical thing, then again, how many logical people/systems are in existence
