Menu image problems with IE and Opera

I'm having image problems with the menu. If you're using IE 6 or Opera 7.5 take a look:

Note the lack/inconsistent display of counselor pictures as you click on the states (ignore Illinois, Kentucky and Indiana - those work fine for some reason). With IE 6 it's inconsistent: sometimes they show, sometimes they don't. With Opera, they almost never show.

Any ideas?

I figured it out, but it's the weirdest thing. If anyone can explain it to me, please do.

The problem was related to the anchor property of the area tags used with the image map. I was using " href="javascript:location.nohref" " instead of "nohref" to disable the link within the area tags. Changing it back to "nohref" fixed it. Weird.

Oh well.
