submenu placement problems

Please note that official support for this menu version has now ceased. There are still plenty of users, though, and the forum is still running. Some of our long-time users may be able to help you out.

submenu placement problems

Post by Ruth »

Well, I thought I'd figured out how to do it, but trying to use a second menu_array file didn't work. I have put up a page to show how the menu looks and functions now so it's easier to see what I am asking....

As you can see, I set it up so it will look like a slide out/down menu so that when you mouse over it's as if the 'link' section of the menu was hidden. On mouseover it calls the 'main' submenu which 'seems' to slide down. The problem is when you then mouseover that menu and call another menu from it. They are also 'submenus' and use the same submenu position, there doesn't seem to be a way to set the positions for a second tier of submenus. Is there some way to set the 'second' tier of submenus position relative to that 1st submenu?

Thanks,
Ruth

Hi Ruth,

I just went to take a look, but the URL you gave doesn't seem to work.
